Texas Sheet Cake
I found the recipe in one of my favorite
Paula Deen cookbooks (I love the way she cooks food!).
What I made isn't a pretty cake and I tweaked the recipe a bit, but it is the moistest cake you could ever eat!
And with lots of CHOCOLATE!
This is a cake that is worth the making!
No boxes and it will take you about an hour to make, from start to finish!

ReplyDeleteI was so hoping someone would make dessert tonight! Yay!!!Oh, yes, I'd love for you to post the tweaked version. I love chocolate sheet cake--it just can't be beat. My family has an old recipe, and we used to take it to picnics and "graveyard day." It transports like a dream, and the taste is out of this world.
