The China Closet!

Now remember, this is a closet that no one sees!

There are 3 sets of dishes in this closet, a wooden box of silverware, sandwich plates with tea cups, various trays, tea cup collection and other stuff!
Can you guess, I will collect almost anything!

Tomorrow I will show you the serving things I have in the small china cabinet in my kitchen!

Just so you know, that really is a china closet! My house was built in 1925 and they had those closets installed with a lock! So it really is in my dinning room.

  3. What a good job you've done of taking something ordinary (the closet) and making it extraordinary! Thank you for sharing.

  6. Oh, Susan, A couple co-workers were talking about which thrift stores they like to go to, and now, here I come, catch up on your blog, and see all the goodies you've picked up both recently, and longer ago, as in your current post. I love plates and trays, too. I had been telling myself no more thrifting until I get rid of some things, but I don't know how well I'm listening.

    Cool stuff!

(I live in zone 5b, and stretch the season as much as I can. I'm not sure how many gardeners in my area do what I do.)
