Teriyaki Chicken!
I made something simple this week as I am tired from trying to catch up with everything still!

And I had The Husband cut up a cantaloupe.
Simple dinner tonight.

Othe things that I have been up to is planting my garden that I had to put off a bit because of the garage sale.

I planted this one recently. I just hope it will last through this coming winter. Your have to remember that we reached -26 degrees this past winter. I lost 3 rose bushes to that!

I have planted lettuce, bell peppers, eggplant, pumpkins, green beans, acorn squash, zucchini, onions, cucumbers and a perennial garden.

We have also been BBQing!

We also went to our daughters fun fair at the elementary school. We bought $10 worth of tickets and got 12 tickets.
We won a garden package....

AND A BIKE FOR THE MIDDLE DAUGHTER!

I will visit with everyone over the weekend!

Front Porch

Believe it or not, this is my front porch!

The yellow chair is one of my favorite places to sit and watch the world go by on a Sunday.

I had been thinking all winter what this room was missing and I decided it was curtains.

I wanted the feel of another room and not just a porch.

I haven't had a chance to sit here yet but I will!
